Our supported living approach is designed to help adults live as independently as possible in their own homes while receiving the care and support they need. Support is tailored to the person’s daily life, goals, abilities and preferences rather than to institutional routines.
Support may include personal care, home maintenance, budgeting and shopping support, meal preparation, developing daily living skills, accessing education or employment opportunities, maintaining relationships, pursuing hobbies, participating in the community, and attending health or social appointments.
Housing and care arrangements remain separate. Individuals retain rights and responsibilities regarding their home and, wherever possible, choice and control over who provides their care and how that support is organised.
We understand that every individual has unique needs, preferences, and comfort levels. That’s why our services are thoughtfully designed to provide personalized support tailored to each resident’s lifestyle and health requirements.

You rent or own your own home, usually with a tenancy, and receive support from a care provider. The housing and the care are separate, so you can change one without losing the other.

It varies with your care plan. Typically it covers personal care, medication prompts, cooking, budgeting, accessing the community and getting to appointments. Support can be a few hours a week or round the clock.
Support is usually funded by the local authority after a needs assessment, or by NHS continuing healthcare or a personal budget. Rent is separate and often covered partly by Housing Benefit.
Ask your local council's adult social care team for a care needs assessment. You can also contact the provider directly.
Look the provider up on the CQC website, which shows registration and any inspection reports. Because this location is listed as not yet inspected, ask the provider about staff training, how they handle complaints, and for references from other families.
Start with the provider's complaints procedure, then the local council, and then the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman if it isn't resolved.
